We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team dedicated to harnessing the power of the immune system to combat cancer. This individual will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing oncology-focused immuno-assays and profiling preclinical tumor models following treatment with our bispecific antibody candidates. You will be responsible for leading projects, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of breakthrough cancer therapies.

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team dedicated to harnessing the power of the immune system to combat cancer. This individual will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing oncology-focused immuno-assays and profiling preclinical tumor models following treatment with our bispecific antibody candidates. You will be responsible for leading projects, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of breakthrough cancer therapies.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute ex vivo immunological assays, including flow cytometry-based and functional assays, to identify exploratory biomarkers, characterize immune cell populations and responses to treatment.
- Conduct immune profiling of preclinical tumor models to understand mechanisms of action and identify oncology-specific biomarkers.
- Design and conduct in vitro and in vivo studies to evaluate therapeutic efficacy in cancer models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate findings into the broader oncology research and development strategy.
- Document, analyze, and interpret experimental results promptly to guide project strategy and next steps.
- Present research findings within a multidisciplinary team to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Immunology, Cancer Biology, or equivalent with focus on immune-oncology.
- Proven expertise in immune cell biology, particularly T, DC, and monocyte cells in cancer, and ex vivo human PBMC models.
- Experience in tumor microenvironment characterization using multi-color flow cytometry, and molecular biology techniques.
- Hands-on experience working with in vivo models of cancers, including blood/tissue collection and processing for ex vivo analysis.
- Strong background in cancer immune regulation, immune profiling, including current research and drugs in development.
- Self-motivated scientist who can generate scientific questions and design experiments to address them.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of scientific innovation and publications.
- Experience with immunoassay platforms (e.g., ELISA, MSD) for measuring analytes in serum, plasma, supernatant, or cell lysates.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in biomarker discovery and large data analysis is a plus.
