We are looking for a Scientist / Senior Scientist to join our team. This individual will lead research projects focused on the discovery and characterization of bispecific antibodies for protein degradation in immune-related diseases. This role involves developing immuno-assays and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the mission of advancing therapies for immune-related diseases.

Job Description
We are looking for a Scientist / Senior Scientist to join our team. This individual will lead research projects focused on the discovery and characterization of bispecific antibodies for protein degradation in immune-related diseases. This role involves developing immuno-assays and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the mission of advancing therapies for immune-related diseases.
Responsibilities
- Independently design, develop, and validate novel immuno-assays for characterizing therapeutic candidates in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.
- Lead projects focused on bispecific antibody development targeting immune disease pathways.
- Design and execute in vitro and in vivo studies to evaluate therapeutic efficacy in immune diseases.
- Conduct in-depth immune profiling of preclinical models to understand mechanisms of action and identify disease-specific biomarkers.
- Develop and optimize ex vivo cell-based functional assays using cell lines, primary cells, and whole blood to support target validation, antibody drug screening, mechanism of action studies, and biomarker identification in preclinical and IND-enabling spaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate findings into broader immunology research and development strategies.
- Stay current on the latest advancements in immunology and contribute through publications, patent applications and presentations.
- Analyze and communicate research data to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Immunology or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience or M.S. in Immunology or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in immune cell biology and immune diseases, and ex vivo immunology assays.
- Experience in multi-color flow cytometry for immunophenotyping human cells (from blood or tissues), assessing immune response, and evaluating cell signaling pathways.
- Experience with immunoassay platforms (e.g., ELISA, Meso Scale Discovery) for measuring analytes in serum, plasma, supernatant, or cell lysates.
- Familiarity with immune diseases, including current research and drugs in development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a record of scientific innovation and publications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated scientist who can generate scientific questions and design experiments to address them.
- Experience in biomarker discovery, platform-synergistic drug combinations, and large data analysis is a plus.
